Send in your images for the 2007 Yodeler Photo Contest

Enter your beautiful nature photographs in the fifth almost-annual Yodeler Photo Contest.

Photography has been an important tool for inspiring people about the beauties of nature and advancing the Sierra Club's conservation efforts. Join in this tradition by submitting your photos of California nature. Whether you shoot digital or sheet film, black-and-white or richly saturated color, your photos can be winners and can help share your love of nature with others.

You can enter up to five photos in any of the following categories (a maximum of two in any one category):

• landscape: a broad, expansive view of California land;
• water: water, ice, fog, etc.;
• patterns: an arrangement of accidental or natural patterns in nature;
• California flora: a native plant in a natural setting;
• animals in nature: a native California animal in a natural setting;
• nature with people: a nature scene with people involved.

Prizes will be awarded to winners of each category, and selected photographs will be exhibited in the Bay Area and published in the Yodeler.

To enter, submit unmounted photographic prints by Fri., March 16. An entry form and full contest rules can be found at the Sierra Club Bay Chapter Office, 2530 San Pablo Ave., Berkeley, or at our website.
