Wednesday, September 23, 7 pm, in the Citizens for the East Bay State Park office, above Trader Joe's at the south end of El Cerrito Plaza shopping center; take the elevator between TJ's and the GNC Vitamin store or the stairs around the corner, and walk through two sets of doors to Suite 520; close to BART; plenty of parking.
